As a rule, all purchases of digital products are final and ineligible for return or exchange.
All purchases made through the website are done so through encryption as provided by Squarespace. The owner makes every effort to protect the user’s private data, including payment information.

User understands that all data collected through forms is protected by the owner in respect to confidentiality.
User understands that data collected through forms or other means may be viewed by Kate, the Holistic Art Coach, or, for sorting purposes only, a third party working for Kate directly to organize data. This person will be briefed on and agree to strict privacy practices.
Your personal communications with Kate are protected for confidentiality, and would only ever be shared with Kate’s mentor or collaborator for the purposes of improvement. In this case, your identifying data would be removed so only Kate would know your identity.
User understands that form submission may be be subject to unintentional data breaches in transmission, and therefore, may not be entirely protected.

The user will not use the Website in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the Website, including their ability to engage in real-time activities through the Website.
